The information we collect depends on how you interact with OmniFi. Today, our landing page and waitlist primarily collect contact information. If and when broader platform features are used, additional categories of information may be processed.

• Contact information such as your email address when you join the waitlist, contact support, or otherwise communicate with us.
• Public wallet addresses, public blockchain identifiers, and related transaction metadata when you choose to connect a wallet or use blockchain-related features that are available through the Services.
• Device, log, and usage information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, language, timestamps, referring pages, clicks, session activity, and crash or diagnostic data.
• Preference and interaction information such as form submissions, feature selections, support messages, and other information you choose to provide.

How We Use Information

We use personal data to operate OmniFi responsibly and to improve the experience of our Services.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the website, waitlist, and OmniFi interface features.

Third-Party Services and Public Blockchain Data

OmniFi does not custody assets, store private keys, or control the operations of third-party trading venues, bridges, wallet providers, or execution partners. If you connect a wallet, submit a transaction, complete identity or onboarding steps, or use third-party functionality through OmniFi, the relevant provider may collect information directly from you or your device.

Blockchain data is generally public and may be visible to anyone. Even if OmniFi stops displaying certain information, transactions and wallet activity recorded on public blockchains may remain permanently accessible through the network or third-party explorers.

How We Share Information

We may share personal data only as reasonably necessary to operate OmniFi and comply with law.

• Service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, support, or operate the Services.
• Integrated third-party providers when you choose to interact with their functionality through OmniFi.
